RESOLUTION NO. 3081
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING THE PROPOSED GENERAL BUDGET OF THE SAN LUIS REY WATERSHED PLANNING
AGENCY AND PROVIDING FOR ITS PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is a member of the San Luis Rey
Jatershed Planning Agency having executed the Joint Powers Agree-
nent; and,
WHEREAS, the said Joint Powers Agreement provides for the
ireparation of an annual budget for the operation of the Agency;
2nd,
WHEREAS, the said Agreement requires approval of the budget
)y each member by resolution; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annual budget, as shown
in Attachment (l), attached hereto and made a part hereof by
eeference thereto, prepared for the year 1972-73;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
if Carlsbad as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad approves
the proposed general budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1,
1972, and ending June 30, 1973, of the San Luis Rey Watershed
'lanning Agency.
SECTION 2. That payment of the amount of one hundred dollars
($100.00), the assessment for budgeted funds made against the City
If Carlsbad by the San Luis Rey Watershed Planning Agency is
3pproved and the City Manager is authorized to pay these funds to
the San Luis Rey Watershed Plann ng Agency.
