RESOLUTION NO. 3082
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SAN LUIS REY WATERSHED PLANNING AGENCY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
3uthorized membership in the San Luis Rey Watershed Planning
4gency; and,
WHEREAS, the Agency has requested formal designation of one
commissioner and one alternate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE [T RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad that the following named persons are appointed
as official City Commissioners to the San Luis Rey Watershed
Planning Agency:
Commissioner: W. D. Cannon
A1 ternate: Hunter Cook
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regularly scheduled meeting this 20th day
of March, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis and Frazee.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Councilman Chase.
