HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-03-20; City Council; Resolution 30901 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 3090 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP SIDE OF CARINGA WAY, BETWEEN ALICANTE ROAD AND ALTISMA, AND TO BE KNOWN AS LA COSTA HIGHLANDS (CT 73-4) ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHERLY WHEREAS, on the 27th day of February, 1973, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 873, recommending to the City Council that Tentative Tract Map CT 73-4 be conditionally approved; and, WHEREAS, THE City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 20th day of March , 1973, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said Tentative Map has complied with the requirements of the "City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972" and has been declared to have a "non-significant" impact on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, that Tentative Map CT 73-4, is hereby approved, subject to the execution and/or fulfillment of the following conditions: 1. The developer shall conform to C.M.W.D. requirements and shall install a 12 inch water main in Alicante Road. 2. Fire protection appurtenances shall be constructed in accordance with Fire Department requirements and shall be installed and functional prior to framing construction. 3. The developer shall deposit with the City of Carlsbad the required Park-In-Lieu fees, prior to the recordation of the final map. 4. Street trees shall be required per street tree .planting standards. 5. Full frontage improvements including street lighting and sidewalks shall be required along the entire frontage of the subdivision. 6. All on-site drainage systems shall be privately maintained. 7. Standard trenching in the new abutting streets will not be permitted for additional utility services (including gas, electric, telephone, sewer, water). pavement is requl'red, except as modified by the City Engineer. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 20th day of March , 1973, by the following vote, to wit: AYES : Counci lmen Dunne McComas, Lewis and Frazee.
