RESOLUTION NO. 3108 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TEMPQRARY SIDEWALKS.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desifdus of proceeding with
the installation of temporary asphalt sidewalks on both sides
of Tamarack Avenue between Jefferson Street and Carlsbad
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, funds are presently available for this purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad that the amount of $2,000.00 be transferred
from the Gas Tax Fund, Account 2-2107-21, to Account 1-113-4.1,
and the Finance Director is instructed to affect said transfer
of funds.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 17thday of April, 1973, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES : ).lone.
ABSENT: Councilman McComas.
