- RESOLUTION NO. 3109
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE CONTRACTING FOR INSTALLATION OF AN AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as determined that it is necessary and in the public interest
3 air condition the City Council Chambers; and
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised , recei ved and
oened in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.28.100
f the Cai-lsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the lowest acceptable bid submitted was from
oor Company; 1609 S. Hill Street; Oceanside, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing
gent of the City is authorized and directed to contract with
oor Company for the installation of an air conditioning system
or the City Council Chambers.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
he City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 17th day
f April 1973 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Councilman McComas
