RESOLUTION NO. 3124
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
ING FUNDS FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO THE
LIBRARY AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM.
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIAi, APPROPRIAT-
WHEREAS, the air conditioning system in the City Library is
in need of emergency repairs, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of expediting these
repairs in the interest of the health and welfare of the citizens
of Carlsbad, and
WHEREAS, funds are presently ava
WHEREAS, the Council desires to
Library Fund from the General Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

1) that funds in the amount of $2,500.00 be transferred

2) that the Finance Director is instructed to effect said

item in the FY 73-74 budget for the Library, repaying the General
:und an equal amount from the Library Fund.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
