RESOLUTION NO. 3095
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY TO INVITE BIDS ON A TANKER TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the specifications for a tanker truck have been
irepared; and
WHEREAS, the said specifications have been filed in the
Dffice of the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined that it is necessary and in the public interest to acquire
3 tanker truck;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the specifications as
presented are hereby approved and the Purchasing Agent of the City
is authorized and directed to proceed to publish in accordance with
law, notice to vendors calling for bids for the equipment herein
above described, in accordance with the speci fi cations herein above
referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
3f Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 15th ,day of May', 1973,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
