RESOLUTION NO. 3132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF POLICE PATROL BOAT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1, That the bid of Pitsticks, 1554 Harbor Drive North,
Oceanside, California 92054, Boat Sales, is hereby accepted and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for
the purchase of one each of a 1973 Cobalt Tri Hull Boat with
245 H.O. OMC Jet Drive Engine and a 1973 19' Heavy Duty Single
Axle Trailer at a cost of $5,250.00 each for a total cost of
$5,250.00,
2. That the expenditure of $5,250.00 is hereby
authorized out of the Police Department Account 1-119-9.1 of
the City of Carlsbad solely and exclusively for the purpose of
providing funds for above purchase,
PASSED APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on May 15, 1973, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT :None.
