RESOLUTION NO. 3150
California, has previously by Resolution No. 3067 expressed its
intent to participate in a subregional North San Diego County
Transit system study; and
WHEREAS, said resolution pledged a portion of the city's
SB-325 planning funds in an amount not to exceed $700.00 in
support of said study; and
NHEREAS, the city's participation in said study has been
fixed at $680.00; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for one city to act as a claiming
agency for said funds and an agreement has been prepared
authorizing the City of Oceanside to claim said amount.
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute
an agreement entitled SB-325 Multi-Party Contract with the
CITY OF ESCONDIDO, CITY OF VISTA, CITY OF SAN MARCOS, CITY OF
OCEANSIDE and COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, authorizing the City of
Oceanside to claim funds totalling $9,719*;00, including the
City of Carlsbad's share of $680.00 on behalf of all parties
