RESOLUTION NO. 3155
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A TRAILER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Metro Equipment Company, 9790 Aero
Drive; San Diego, Ca 92123 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the
purchase of one Pan Type Equipment Trailer at a cost of
$1815.00 plus 5% tax of $90.75 for a total cost of $1,905.75.
2. That the expenditure of $1,905.75 is hereby authorized
out of the Account 1-113-9.1 of the City of Carlsbad solely
and exclusively for the purpose of providing funds for a
Pan Type Equipment Trailer;
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on June 19, 1973,
oy the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Chase and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Lewis.
