RESOLUTION NO. 3156
A RESOLUTION OF THE CfTY COUNCIL OF THE
C f TY OF CARLSBAD , CAL I FORN IA , ACCEPT I NG
FOR PUBLlC UTILITY PURPOSES CERTAIN
PREVfOUSLY REJECTED EASEMENTS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. The following described real property located in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, particularly
described as ten (19) foot utility easements on Lots 8 and 9,
according to Map thereof No. 6026, recorded January 16, 1968, which
was previously rejected by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
for public utility purposes, is now hereby accepted for public
utility purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause a
certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County and to cause a copy thereof
to be forwarded to the County Assessor of the County of San Diego,
State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held June 19, 1973,
by the foltowing vote, to wit:
AYES : Counc
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Counc
