RESOLUTION NO. 3164
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED INVOLVING A STORM DRAIN
EASEMENT NO LONGE,R REOUIRED ,BY THE CITY
WHEREAS, on or about September 12, 1969, the City of
Carlsbad acquired a storm drain easement, 15' in width,
known as Assessor's Parcel No. 155-140-25, and more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, this storm drain easement is no longer required
by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a Quitclaim Deed in the form shown on Exhibit "B"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in
favor of N.L,&D. Affiliates, Inc.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 3rd day of July, 1973, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
