A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHOR I Z i NG AND D I RECT I NG EXECUT I ON ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, OF AGREEMENT WITH THE ATCHESON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
REGARD I NG PO 1 NSETT IA LANE GRADE SEPARAT I ON
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve

The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed on behalf of the City to execute that certain agreement
dith the Atcheson, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company regarding
Iroposed grade separation of the Santa Fe Tracks at Poinsettia
Lane (crossing # 2-233.7-A).
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council
~f the City of Carlsbad, California held July 17, 1973, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas and Lewis.
NOES: Councilmen Chase and Fra
ABSENT: None
