SE TION 1. That certain document now on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad entitled
"City 01 Carlsbad Preliminary Budget Fiscal Year 1973-74"
shall b~e and the same is hereby adopted as the final operating
budget for the City of Carlsbad for the fiscal year 1973-74;
said dolcument is hereby referred to and by this reference
