A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND DECISION AND
DEVELOPMENT OF 331 UNITS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WESTERLY SIDE

i3. That the approval of the proposed specific plan
is necessary to carry out the general purpose of Title 21
of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
14. That the specific plan recommended by Planning
Comml'ssion Resolution No. 928 is hereby approved subject to
the conditions therein with the exception of condition no. 8
which shall read as follows:
The Developer is encouraged to work with the Carlsbad Unified School District to provide for future school requirements that will result from the proposed development.
