RESOLUTION NO. 3219
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT FOR RIGHT HAND DRIVE VEHICLES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ..y of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Deis Truck and Equipment Inc.;
1620 West Mission Road; Escondido, California 92025 is
hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized
to execute a contract for the purchase of two (2) Inter-
national Harvester Scout vehicles at a cost of $3180.00 each
plus tax for a total of $6,721.60.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on September
18, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne, Lewis and Chase
NOES : None
ABSENT: Councilmen McComas and Frazee.
