RESOLUTION NO. 3220
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR A CREW CAB PICKUP TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Dixon Ford, Inc.; 5555 Plaza Del
Norte; Carlsbad, California 92008 is hereby accepted and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
for the purchase of one (1) Crew Cab Pickup Truck at a cost
of $4089.52 plus tax for a total of $4334.89.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on September
18, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Lewis and Chase
NOES : None
ABSENT: Councilmen McComas and Frazee
