A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE SIXTH SUPPLEMENT TO THE BASIC AGREEMENT FOR THE ENCINA JOINT SEWER SYSTEM TO PROVIDE FOR AN INTERIM EXPANSION OF SAID SYSTEM
resolve as follows:
That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of
the City that certain Agreement entitled the, "Sixth
Supplement to Basic Agreement to Provide for Interim
Expansion of Encina Water Pollution Control Facility."
Said Agreement in a form on file in the office of the
