RESOLUTION NO. 3230
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALI FORN IA, AUTHOR I Z I NG THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SECOND SUPPLEMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
INTERIM CONNECTION BY LEUCADIA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
s fol lows:
That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City the Second Supplement to Agreement for Interim
Connection by the Leucadia County Water District
providing for an extension of the original Interim
Agreement, dated July 7, 1970, to April 1, 1975, and
calling for the penalty of $100 per day to be paid
only if extended beyond April 1, 1975. Said agreement
in a form on file in the office of the City Clerk and
is incorporated by reference herein.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
iounci1 of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 2nd day of
ktober, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
