A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR STATE ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL SALES AND USE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
and directed to execute that certain agreement with the State
of California to provide for administration by the State of the
City's local sales and use taxes. Said agreement in form on file
in the Office of the City Clerk and incorporated by reference
herein.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
16th day Of October , 1973, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Le$!js, Chase and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
