WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for Contract No. 1015
have been approved by Council Resolution No. 3194, and I I WHEREAS, said plans and specifications have been filed with

1 the office of the City Engineer of the City of Carlsbad and are I
incorporated herein, and
WHEREAS, bids were received by City Council but all bids were
rejected by City Council by Resolution No. 3231, and

f WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determine
referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council

l6 law, notice to bidders calling for bids for the service hereinabove il
November , 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
