RESOLUTION NO. 3277
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR THE APPRAISAL OF
PROPERTY KNOWN AS CALAVARA.
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
(1) That the expenditure of Three Thousand Two Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($3,250.00) from W5080 for appraisal of property
known as Calavara is hereby authorized and approved.
(2) That Department of Finance Fund Transfer #7, in
a form on file in said Department and incorporated by reference
herein, is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 21stday of November , 1973, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne FlcComas LewiS Chase and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
