RESOLUTION NO. 329.8
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE PHASE
POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY. I I-A EXPANS ION OF THE ENCINA WATER
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, as follows:
That the construction contract for the proposed 4.0 MGD
expansion of the Encina Water Pollution Control Facility, known
as Phase I I-A, negotiated by Contract Administrators with Weardco
Construction Company, is hereby approved.
The City's representatives to the Joint Advisory Committee
are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City, the
contract with Weardco Construction Company for said construction.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 4th day Of DecembPr ,
1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
