RESOLUTION NO. 3312
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PURCHASING AGENT TO READVERTISE BIDS FOR POLICE PATROL VEHICLES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined that it is necessary and in the public interest
not to accept any of the bids heretofore received on
December 7, 1973, pursuant to publication inviting bids
for Police Patrol Vehicles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That all bids heretofore received on December 7, 1973,
are hereby rejected.
3. That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad
is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to re-advertise
and publish in accordance with law, notice to bidders calling
for bids for the Police Patrol Vehicles hereinabove described
in accordance with the specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on December 18, 1973,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
