RESOLUTION NO. ,3320
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
BIDS APJD AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
CONTPJlCT #lo15 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT PI0 PIC0 AND TAMARACK
WIIEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for
construction of a signal at Pi0 Pic0 Drive and Tamarack Avenue,
Contract #1015; and,
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this construction was
submitted by Wilcox Electric DBA Arrow Electric in the amount
of $26,499; and,
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $30,000.00 are available in
the Revenue Sharing Account #1-28;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $26,499.00 by Wilcox Electric DBA Arrow Electsr
of Lemon Grove, California, for Contract #1015, for construction
of a signal at Pi0 Pic0 and Tamarack, is hereby accepted and the
Playor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract
therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 2nd day of
January , 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
