A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to purchase from Ocean American, 501 South Hill Street,
Oceanside, California, a 1966 Oldsmobile Sedan, No. 23898,
for the sum of $200.00 and dispose of said vehicle in the best
interests of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on January 2, 1974,
by the following vote, to wit:
