RESOLUTION NO. 3326
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIOR OF A CONTRACT FOR
POLICE PATROL VEHICLES.

BE IT RPSOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Mira Mesa Dodcje, 4910 Kearny Mesa Road,
San Diego, California 92111, is hereby accepted and the City
.?tanager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase
of Nine (9) Police Patrol Vehicles at a cost of $3,684.25 each
Flus tax for a total cost of $36,706.16 less trade-in of Six (6)
1972 Police Patrol Vehicles for a cost of $5,100.00, for a grand
total cost of $31,606.16.
2. That the expenditure of $7,527.40 is hereby authorized
for said purpose and transfer of appropriations, Fi.nance Departn:ent
No. 13, is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTFD by the City Council of the Cit
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on January 2, 1974, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
