A RFdSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A CLAIM
AGAINST THE CITY.
WHEREAS, on January 8, 1974, Will Thomas Hyde, Jr. filed
2 claim against the City of Carlsbad in the amount of $76.17; and
WHEREAS, State law requires that the City Council consider
211 claims and take action to approve, approve in part or deny
said claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
'ity of Carlsbad as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Council has heard and considered the
facts and circumstances of the above-described claim.
That the City Council hereby denies said claim.
That the City Clerk is directed to forward a copy
of this resolution to the Claimant and to the City's
insurance carrier, and to comply with all other notice requirements provided by law.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
ity of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the
15th day of January, 1974, by the following vote, to wit: -

NOES : None.
Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee
ABSENT: Hone.
