RESOLUTION NO. 3335 ---
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
THE PAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
QUITCLAIM DEED INVOLVING A SEWER LINE
EASEMENT NO LONGER REQUIRED BY THE CITY
WHEREAS, a sewer line easement exists in the City of Carlsbad
10' in width, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, this sewer line easement is no longer required by
the City;
NOW, TUEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a quitclaim deed in the form shown on Exhibit
"A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
in favor of the person or persons legally entitled
thereto as their respective interests now appear of
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 15th day of January
1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
