A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA EXPRESSING
ITS INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO
CONSIDER A STREET NAME CHANGE FOR LOWDER
LANE BETWEEN PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND
POINSETTIA LANE AND FOR PLAZA DEL NORTE
BETWEEN CANNON ROAD AND PALOMAR AIRPORT
ROAD TO PASEO DEL NORTE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California as follows:
1. That a public hearing be held on 6th day of
March , 1974, to consider a name change for Lowder Lane
between Palomar Airport Road and Poinsettia Lane and for Plaza
Del Norte between Cannon Road and Palomar Airport Road to Paseo
Del Norte.
2. The City Clerk is directed to give notice of said
hearing to the affected property owners.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 5th day of February 197
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None,
