HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-02-05; City Council; Resolution 33431 i 9 % 4 F c e 7 € s 1c 11 li 1: 0 14 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 I- 0 - Cit: RESOLUTION NO, 3343 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73-55), A ONE- LOT CONDOMINIUM OF 55 UNITS GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF INTERSECTION OF TAMARACK AVENUE AND JEFFERSON STREET. APPLICANT: J. BREE FOR PACIFIC WESTERN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, WHEREAS, on the 8th day of January, 1974, the Carlsbad Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 1028 recommending to the City Council that Tentative Map (CT 73-55) be conditionally approved ; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 5th day of February , 1974, considered the recommen- dation of the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said Tentative Map has complied with the require- ments of the City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972 and has been declared to have a nonsignificant impact on the environment, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, as follows: A. That the above recitations are true and correct. B. That Tentative Map (CT 73-55) is hereby approved, subject to the execution and/or fulfillment of the following con- ditions : 1. That the development shall be subject to the requirements of the Carlsbad Municipal Code and any applicable policies. In addition, Park-In-Lieu fees shall be required as a part of this development. 2. All conditions of City Council Ordinance 9302 shall be complied with,except Item 3P shall be modified as approved by the City Engineer. 3. The developer shall enter into an agreement with the City providing for contribution by the developer toward the cost of a fully actuated traffic signal at the intersection of Tamarack and Jefferson Streets, in an amount to be determined by the City Engineer pursuant to such a traffic signal policy as the City Council may adopt. 4.
