RESOLUTION NO. 3351
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3290, CALLING AND GIVING NOTICE OF THE
HOLDING OF A GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION, BY
THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 5 TO CHANGE CERTAIN
VOTING PRECINCTS AND DESIGNATED POLLING
PLACES AND TO APPOINT OFFICERS OF ELECTION.
WHEREAS, on December 4, 1973 the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad adopted Resolution No. 3290, calling and giving notice
of the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held in said
City on Tuesday, the 5th day of March, 1974; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that certain changes be made as to
the voting precincts and designated polling places, and to appoini
officers of election for their respective voting precincts;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Section 5 of Resolution
No. 3290 is hereby amended to read as follows:

That for the purpose of holding said regular
election, there shall be and are hereby estab-

this resolution. That the polling places for the respective
precincts shall be the places hereinafter designated; and that
the persons hereinafter named, being competent and qualified
electors and residents of said City and of their respective votin!
precincts, are hereby appointed officers of election for their
respective voting precincts and they shall hold said election and
make return thereof in the manner provided by law.
