HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-03-06; City Council; Resolution 3368. .- 0 11 2( 2: 2: 2: 2L 2: 2t 2: 2t 25 3( 31 3; + o - 0 RESOLUTION NO. 3368 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING F7ITH CONDITIONS TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73-57), A 14-UNIT CONDOMINIUM ON 0.6 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LA COSTA AVENUE BETWEEN EL CAMINO REAL AND VIEJO CASTILLO WAY. APPLICANT: ROBERT K. MILLER FOR CAL-PACIFIC PROPERTIES, INC. WHEREAS, on the 13th day of February, 1974, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 1040 recommending to the City Council that Tentative Map (CT 73-57) be conditionally approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 6th day of March , 1974, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said Tentative Map has complied with the require- ments of the City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972 and has been declared to have a nonsignificant impact on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A. That the above recitations are true and correct. B. That Tentative Map (CT 73-57) is hereby approved requirements of applicable Municipal Ordinance subject to all policies. C.
