A RESOLUTIOG @F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSDAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT FOR 1974 PICKUP TRUCK.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,

California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Mira Mesa Dodge, 4910 Kearney Mesa
I
Road, San Diego, California 92111 is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the
purchase of one each 1974 Dodge Utiline 3/4 Ton Pickup Truck at
a cost of $3,664.14, plus tax for a total cost of $3,847.35.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on March 19, 1974, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, McComas and Lewis.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
