RESOLUTION NO. 3395
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD ADOPT I NG STANDARD SPEC I F I CAT IONS FOR
PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does resolve as
fol 1 ows :
The provisions of the 1973 Edition of the ''Standard Specifica
tions for Pub1 ic Works Construction" prepared and promulgated by
the Southern California Chapters of the American Public Works
Association and the Associated General Contractors of America,
are adopted as the Standard Specifications of the City of Carlsbad
and shall be applicable to all Public Works construction within
the City undertaken after this date.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, held April 2, 1974, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Counci 1 men Frazee, Chase, McComas and Lewis.
