RESOLUTION NO. 3399
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL F THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS TENTATIVE MAP (CT 74-3) FOR AN 18-UNIT CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX ON
1.14 ACRES LOCATED NORTHERLY OF AND AD-
JACENT TO LA COSTA AVENUE, EASTERLY OF
THE INTERSECTION OF GIBRALTER STREET AND
LA COSTA AVENUE. APPLICANT: C. M. WATERS, JR. FOR LA VIDA LA COSTA.
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of March, 1974, the Carlsbad
3ity Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 1052 recommending
to the City Council that Tentative Map (CT 74-3) be conditionally
3pproved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the
16th day of April , 1974, considered the recommendation of
the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Tentative Map has complied with the require-
aents of the City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance
of 1972 and has been declared to have a nonsignificant impact on
the environment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That Tentative Map (CT 74-3) is hereby approved, sub-
ject to the execution and/or fulfillment of the following condi-
tions :
1. Prior to the issuance of any permits, the
applicant shall cause the proposed building locations to be revised to conform to the requirements of the Muni-
cipal Code.
2. The developer shall install street improvements
to City standards for the full frontage of the subject
property along La Costa Avenue.
C. That said Tentative Map, together with the provisions
for its design and improvement and subject to the above conditions
is consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of
the City of Carlsbad.

Carlsbad City Council held on the 16th day of April , 1974
by the following vote, to wit:
