HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-05-07; City Council; Resolution 341331 5' 4 6 R,ESOLUTION NO. 3413 i A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE CITY OF OCEANSIDE TO CLAIM $2,683 OF CARLSBAD'S LOCAL TRANSPORTATION FUND ALLOCATION TO FUND CARLSBAD'S SHARE OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING ORGANIZATION'S TRANSIT IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT. 7 8 9 10 11 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does hereby resolve as follows: 1. That that certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad and the City of Oceanside authorizing the City of Oceanside to claim $2,683 of Carlsbad's local transportation fund 12 13 14' 15 16 17 18 19 2o 21 22 23 24 25 allocation to fund Carlsbad's share of the Comprehensive Planning Organization's transit implementation program, marked Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved. 2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 7th day of May , 1974, by the following vote, to wit: AYES : Frazee, Chase, McComas and Lewis.
