A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALI FORNIA, APPROV I NG AN AGREE-
MENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AKD
Southwest Conference of the United Church of Christ
FOR future improvement agreement A ND AUTRORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1, That that certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad
for
future improvement agreement dated the
and Southwest Conference of the United Church of Christ
,1974 a copy of which Is attached hereto -7 7th day of May
and incorporated herein by reference is hereby approved.

and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Carlsbad.,
That the :?layor of the City of Carisbad is hereby authorize
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
da Y Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the

this paragraph may, at CITY'S sole discretion, demand said
work as to all said improvements on all said property, or
as to any portion thereof, alia the failure Ey. CITY to demand-

a waiver by CITY or' its contbuing right to demand such work
in the future,
