A RE LUTI
RESOLUTION NO. 3431
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND ADRIAN J.
LEBERT FOR PARCEL SPLIT NO. 200, IMPROVEMENTS
ON PINE AVENUE AND McKINLEY STREET, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. That the certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad
and Adrian J. Lebert for Parcel Split No. 200, Pine Avenul
and McKinley Street, dated the ?lstday of it!av ., I
1974, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference, is hereby approved.
That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authoriz
and directed to execute said agreement for, and on behalf
