RESOLUTION NO, 3439
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AND CARLSBAD BEACH CLUB FOR PRIVATE DE-
VELOPMENT ON OCEAN STREET AT BEECH AVENUE
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That that certain agreement between the City of Carlsbz
and Carlsbad Beach Club for private development on Ocean Street at
3eech Avenue dated the 5th day of June , 1974, a copy
2f which is attached hereto marked Exhibit A and incorporated
ierein by reference, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
iuthorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf
)f the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:ity Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
5th day of June , 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Cmn. Frazee, Chase, McComas, and Lewis.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
