RESOLUTION NO. 3441
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT FOR ASPHALT CONCRETE OVERLAY OF
VARIOUS CITY STREETS, CONTRACT 1021
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
That the bid of $59,844.87 by Asphalt Service, P.O. Box C,
Oceanside, CA 92054, a California corporation, for Contract 1021,
the asphalt concrete overlay of various City streets, is hereby
accepted and the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorize
to execute the contract.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 18th day of june ,
1974, by the following vote, to wit:
