RESOLUTION NO. 3495
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
FIRE HOSE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Wardlaw Fire Equipment; Post Office
Box 932; La Habra, California 90631, is hereby accepted and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
for the purchase of 20 Sections of 1" Double-Jacketed Fire.Hose,
19 Sections of 1 1/2" Double-Jacketed Fire Hose, and 37 Sections
of 2 1/2" Double-Jacketed Fire Hose at a cost of $5,027.50
plus tax for a total of $5,329.15.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 20th of August, 1974
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Frazee, LlcComas, Lewis, Chase and Skotnicki.
NOES: Yone.
