HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-09-17; City Council; Resolution 3511RESOLUTION NO. 3511 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP (CT 74-9) FOR A 16-UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT ON A .92-ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST INTERSECTION OF CHESTNUT AVENUE AND THE AT&SF RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. APPLICANT: JOHN CREHAN - WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of July, 1974, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 1083 recommending to the City Council that Tentative Map (CT 74-9) be conditionally approved: and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 3rd day of September , 1974, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said Tentative Map has been declared to have a nonsignificant impact on the environment and a Negative Declaratio has been prepared and filed in compliance with the requirements of the City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A. That the above recitations are true and correct. B. That Tentative Map (CT 74-9) is hereby approved subjec to all applicable requirements of the Carlsbad Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the following conditions: 1. The development of the property described herein shall be subject to the restrictions and limitations set forth herein which are in addition to all the require- ments, limitations and restrictions of all municipal ordinances and state and federal statutes now in force, or which hereafter may be in force for the purpose of preserving the residential characteristics of adjacent properties. 2.
