RESOLUTION NO. 3512
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ESTARLISHING FOUR-
KAY STOP CONTROL All' THE: XNTKRSECTICUY OF ADADIS
STREET AND CHINQUAPIN AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That four-way stop control be established at the
intersection of Adains Street and Chinquapin Avenue,
and all vehicles entering the said intersection are
hereby required to stop.
2. That Ordinance No 3016, Sec. 83,be rescinded, which
designated Adams Street as a stop street at Chinquapin
Avenue.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 17th day of September
1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Chase, NcComas, Lewis and Skotnicki
NOES: . None
ABSENT: Councilman Frazee
