A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFOXNIA AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF BUDGETED FUNDS FROM PARK AREA NO. 1 TO BEACH ACCESS PROJECT AT OCEAN
STREET AND GRAND AVENUE
WHEREAS, the funds budgeted for the construction of beach
access stairway at Ocean Street and Grand Avenue are insufficient
to complete the project; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Park Area No. L for transfer
to beach access stairway at Ocean Street and Grand Avenue.
NOW, THEREFOZ, BE IT RESOLVED that Finance Director is
ordered to transfer $2,50Ofrom Park Area No. 1 to the Grand Ave.
beach access project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 17th
day of Sepzember , 1974, by the following votep to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Chase, McComas, Lewis and Skotnicki
NOES: None
.- ABSENT: Councilman Frazee
