RESOLUTION NO. 3522
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR THE IMPROVE-
MENT OF SHELL, PI0 PIC0 AND GREENWOOD
PROPERTIES FOR PARK PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the expenditure of Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000) for the improvement of Shell, Pi0 Pic0 and Greenwood
properties for park purposes is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 5 in a
form on file in said department and incorporated by reference
herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 1st day of October , 1974, by the
following vote, to wit:
men Frazee, Chase, Lewis, McComas and Skotnic
