A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
FOR PUBLl C STREET PURPOSES CERTA 1 N
PREV I OUSLY REJECTED EASEMENTS REQU I RED BY CARLSBAD TRACT 73-45
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
IS follows:
1. The following described real property located in the City
)f Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, particularly
lescribed as portions of Lots 18 and 19 designated "portions of
ots 18 and 19 reserved for future street" according to Map there-
)f No. 7292, recorded May 31, 1972, which was previously rejected
,y the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for public street
)urposes, is now hereby accepted for public street purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause a
:ertified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of
he County Recorder of San Diego County and to cause a copy thereof
10 be forwarded to the County Assessor of the County of San Diego,
;tate of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:ity Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 1st
jay of 9ctober , 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazeed Lewis, McComas and Skotnicki. *
