RESOLUTION NO. 3530
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PURCHASING AGENT TO READVERTISE BIDS FOR A COMPACT SEDAN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has

determined that it is necessary and in the public interest

not to accept any of the bids heretofore received on September
5, 1974, pursuant to publication inviting bids for a compact
sedan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That all bids heretofore received on September
5, 1974, are hereby rejected,
3. That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad
is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to re-advertise
and publish in accordance with law, notice to bidders calling
for bids for a compact sedan hereinabove described in accordance
with the specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on October 15, 1974,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Chase, CcicComas and Skotnicki
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
