RESOLUTION NO. 3531
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR OFFICE FURNITURE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Southwest Office Interiors; 7480
Convoy Court; San Diego, California 92111 is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
a contract for the purchase of two file cabinets, one desk,
and two chairs at a cost of $ 716.00, plus tax for a total
cost of $758.96.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on October 15, 1974,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilinen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, PlcCornas and Skotnicki
NOES: :\lone
ABSENT: None
