RESOLUTION NO. 3541
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND
THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY PROBATION DEPARTMENT
PERTAINING TO AB-368 FUNDS FOR THE CARLSBAD
POLICE JUVENILE DIVERSION PROJECT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does resolve that the City Manager of the City of Carlsbad
is hereby authorized to sign that Reimbursement Agreement
between the City of Carlsbad and the San Diego County Probation
Department wherein the City agrees to advance funds to the
Carlsbad Police Juvenile Diversion Project and the Probation
Department agrees to reimburse the City for said funds from
the funds made available by the passage of AB-180 by the
California State Legislature.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at regular meeting of
the City Council on the 6th day of November , 1974,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, McComas, Lewis and Skotnicki
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
